These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://www.pixelflow.so ("Website") and the services provided by PixelFlow, a product operated by:

By accessing or using PixelFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or services.
1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Titan Ventures Ltd ("Company").
1.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Ireland.
1.3. You confirm that:
- You are legally allowed to enter into contracts.
- You are not in a restricted or sanctioned region.
- You are not listed on any EU or international list of prohibited individuals or entities.
1.4. We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective once posted on the Website. We will notify users of significant changes by email or platform notice.
1.5. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the service.
2. Services
2.1. PixelFlow offers services including (but not limited to):
- Script-based event tracking via Meta Conversions API.
- Dashboard for managing and analyzing event data.
- Creation and activation of pixel connections.
- URL-based tracking linked to user interactions.
- Access to support via email and Discord.
2.2. Service availability depends on your subscription plan. Features and pricing may change at any time, with changes applying to the next billing cycle.
2.3. PixelFlow does not provide legal, business, marketing, or technical advice. Use of the service is at your own risk.
2.4. PixelFlow does not guarantee uptime, service continuity, or data accuracy.
3. Registering an Account
3.1. You must create an account to use PixelFlow.
3.2. You are required to:
- Provide a valid email address.
- Set a secure password and keep your connection code confidential.
- Use your real identity or be authorized to act on behalf of a legal entity.
3.3. You are responsible for securing your account credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to credential sharing or compromise.
3.4. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You misuse the platform.
- You fail to pay subscription fees.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1. PixelFlow provides a 7-day free trial. After that, payment is required to continue using the service.
4.2. Payments are handled via Stripe and billed in advance.
4.3. Subscription plans and pricing are available on the Website. Changes to plans or prices take effect from your next billing period.
4.4. If payment fails, your account may be paused or access restricted until payment is resolved.
4.5. We do not offer refunds, except in the case of a billing error (e.g., duplicate charges). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the error.
4.6. Submitting a chargeback or dispute through Stripe may result in immediate account termination.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1. You agree not to:
- Use PixelFlow on websites involving illegal content, adult material, or hate speech.
- Violate Meta's policies or terms of service.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or tamper with the PixelFlow script or dashboard.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or data.
- Upload viruses, launch attacks, or overload the platform.
5.2. We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate action.
6. Data, Privacy & Compliance
6.1. PixelFlow only stores event and interaction data for the purpose of displaying analytics and logs in your dashboard.
6.2. We do not store personal data of your website visitors.
6.3. You are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining cookie consent where required by law (e.g., GDPR).
- Ensuring compliance with Meta's data use policies.
6.4. All data is hosted securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and managed in accordance with GDPR.
6.5. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, which are incorporated into these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content, code, branding, and features of the PixelFlow platform are owned by Titan Ventures Ltd.
7.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer any part of PixelFlow.
7.3. By using PixelFlow, you grant us the right to display your brand name and logo for marketing purposes unless you opt out by contacting us.
8. Limitations of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, business, or data.
- Third-party outages (e.g., Meta API downtime).
- Inaccurate tracking or missed conversions.
- Service interruptions or bugs.
8.2. PixelFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind.
8.3. You agree to indemnify Titan Ventures Ltd against any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the platform.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service failures or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, power outages, pandemics, or major third-party service disruptions.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Any issues should first be submitted to us via email.
10.2. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter will be referred to mediation in Ireland. If that fails, it will proceed to arbitration under Irish law in Waterford.
10.3. Any claim must be brought within 3 months of the issue or it will be considered waived.
11. Final Terms
11.1. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
11.2. We may terminate access at any time, with or without cause, without providing a refund.
11.3. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, constitute the full agreement between you and Titan Ventures Ltd.
11.4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
