How SimpleCheck got Meta ad data they can finally trust

SimpleCheck was making ad-spend decisions on incomplete Meta Pixel data. After switching on PixelFlow’s server-side tracking, their event match quality nearly doubled and their reporting finally lined up with their CRM and Stripe — giving them a single source of truth for every campaign decision.

SimpleCheck runs Meta ads to a custom-built Framer site and needed conversion tracking they could actually rely on. Here is how the team describes their experience with PixelFlow, in their own words.
What were you using before PixelFlow, and what was the main problem?
We were relying on the standard Meta Pixel with no server-side tracking. The main problem was data loss from iOS privacy changes and ad blockers — we were making ad-spend decisions based on incomplete data. Meta’s reported numbers didn’t match what we were seeing in our CRM, and we had no way to know which number was closer to reality.
How long did setup take?
About 45 minutes, and only because the PixelFlow team and founder were willing to spend the time helping us implement custom integrations and educate us deeply on the best ways to use PixelFlow. The actual technical implementation took less than 10 minutes for the initial setup. We run our site on Framer with custom React/TSX components, and PixelFlow handled it cleanly. We now use it across multiple pages with different event types — PageView, Lead, StartTrial and Schedule events — and each new event takes less than 2 minutes to configure and test.
Have you noticed any change in volume or accuracy of conversion data?
Yes. After implementing PixelFlow with CAPI, we started seeing significantly more conversion events registered in Meta than we got with the pixel alone. Our TrialStarted event match quality jumped almost immediately from 4/10 to 8.5/10. The data now almost perfectly matches what we see in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and Stripe, which is how we validate accuracy. We trust PixelFlow’s numbers over Meta’s native reporting — we only make page-performance decisions with PixelFlow and Microsoft Clarity. Meta is now used only for deploying creatives and adjusting targeting and budget, while PixelFlow is our source of truth for actual performance.
How has that affected your Meta ad performance or confidence in the data?
It fundamentally changed how we make decisions. We used to second-guess everything because we knew the pixel was missing data. Now we can confidently pause underperforming creatives and scale winners, because the conversion data is finally reliable. Our pixel is training on real events instead of modeled guesses, which means our targeting improves over time. We run multiple campaigns — SmartForm trials, demo bookings and lead magnets — and PixelFlow handles the event routing for all of them.
Who would you recommend PixelFlow to?
Any business running ads needs a reliable platform that acts as both the source of truth and the intermediary that tells Meta what is actually happening. That means anyone running Meta ads — especially to a custom-built website like Framer, Webflow or custom code — who needs accurate CAPI tracking without hiring a developer. It is especially valuable for businesses spending $10K+/month on ads, where bad data means bad decisions. If you are making campaign decisions on Meta’s reported numbers without server-side tracking, you are flying blind. PixelFlow fixes that in minutes.
