Cookie Notice

This notice explains how Titan Ventures Ltd, trading as PixelFlow, uses cookies and similar technologies on pixelflow.so. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

It covers our own website only. It does not cover cookies or tracking on our customers’ websites. Where a business uses PixelFlow on its own site, that business decides what is collected and is responsible for its own cookie notice and consent. If you are a visitor to one of those sites, contact that business directly. The relationship between us and that business is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels and software development kits, work in comparable ways. In this notice we refer to all of them as cookies.

How we ask for consent

We use a consent banner backed by Google Tag Manager. Strictly necessary cookies are set when you arrive, because the site cannot function without them. Every other tag, including our own PixelFlow tracking script, is loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you have given consent.

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for pixelflow.so in your browser, then making a new selection when the banner reappears. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary — always active

These are required for the website and dashboard to work. They are exempt from the consent requirement under the ePrivacy Directive, and we rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where they involve personal data.

  • Session and authentication cookies that keep you signed in to the PixelFlow dashboard

  • A cookie that records your cookie consent preference, so we do not ask you again on every page

  • Cloudflare security and bot-mitigation cookies that protect the site from abuse

Analytics — consent required

These help us understand how the website and dashboard are used, so we can improve them. We rely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

  • PostHog — measures page views, navigation and feature usage across pixelflow.so and the PixelFlow dashboard

Marketing — consent required

These measure the effectiveness of our own advertising and attribute referrals. We rely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

  • Google Tag Manager — the container that loads the tags below once you have consented. Google Tag Manager does not itself set advertising cookies

  • The PixelFlow tracking script — our own product, used on our own site, which forwards website events to Meta through the Conversions API

  • Rewardful — attributes sign-ups to the affiliate partner who referred you

How long cookie data is kept

Data collected through analytics and marketing cookies on our website is retained for up to 24 months. Strictly necessary cookies last either for your browser session or for as long as needed to remember your consent choice.

International transfers

Some of the providers above are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA we rely on an adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on Standard Contractual Clauses supported by a transfer impact assessment. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored, block them, or delete them. The relevant settings are usually found under Privacy or Security. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the PixelFlow dashboard from working.
