Connect Claude (claude.ai and desktop)
Claude custom connectors guideCustom connectors work on every Claude plan (free plans are limited to one). On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds the connector first, under Organization settings, then Connectors.
PixelFlow never asks you to paste a token, a key or a password: you sign in with your normal login and click Allow. Once connected, the tool shows under AI tools in your PixelFlow dashboard, where you can connect another tool or disconnect this one. You stay signed in while you use it; after 30 days unused it asks you to sign in again. Prefer guided steps? Click Connect your AI at the top of the dashboard, or Set up with AI at the start of site setup.

Questions
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an AI assistant call tools on an outside service. PixelFlow runs a server that speaks it, so any assistant that supports MCP can read your tracking data and change your setup through one connection.
Can it really 100% set up my ad tracking?
Almost. It depends on what your website is built with. On WordPress you install the PixelFlow plugin first, then the assistant walks you through its settings, since the plugin has its own options for forms, WooCommerce and more. On Framer, Webflow, Next.js, plain HTML and most other platforms it is just a case of adding our code snippet to your site and your agent does the rest. The only time it hands back to you is to log in to the dashboard and connect an ad platform or an integration like Stripe, and that is it.
Which assistants can I connect?
Any MCP client. Today that includes Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, VS Code and Copilot, Windsurf and most agent frameworks. If a new client adds MCP support, it works with PixelFlow the same day.
Can it change anything in my account?
It can create and edit triggers, blocking rules, pixel labels and test codes, and what your Stripe or Calendly connections send. Each change is proposed as a line you approve first. It cannot delete sites or pixels, touch your ad account, or edit your website.
Does the assistant see customer data?
Names, emails and phones are returned hashed, the same way they are sent to Meta. IP addresses are truncated unless you explicitly ask for the full value. Your Meta access token and Stripe key are never returned by any tool.
Is my data used to train the AI?
PixelFlow returns the answer into your conversation and nothing more. What your assistant vendor does with that conversation follows your agreement with them; PixelFlow does not share your data with any model provider.
Which plans include the MCP connection?
Every plan, including the trial. The date ranges it can read follow your plan's analytics lookback and journey window, and the assistant tells you when a question falls outside them.
