Every visit is listed with its source, so you can see whether the sale started with an ad, a search or a direct visit.

Time to convert

Touch count and the number of days from first visit to conversion, per customer and across the account.

Repeat visits stitched

Return visits over days or weeks are tied to the same person through PixelFlow’s first-party cookie, not treated as new visitors.

One journey, even across domains

A click on your marketing site and a purchase on a separate checkout domain still belong to the same journey. PixelFlow carries its cookie across your domains so the path does not break at the checkout.

Journeys and attribution use the same data

The attribution table tells you which source got the credit. Journeys show you why. Both read from the same event stream, so the numbers always agree.

Stripe and Calendly conversions land in the journey too

A booking made in Calendly or a payment completed in Stripe is matched back to the visitor’s session, so the journey ends with the real conversion rather than a click on a button.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about journeys in PixelFlow.

How does PixelFlow know it is the same person?

Through a first-party cookie set on your domain when the visitor first lands. It survives across visits and across your domains, so later visits join the same journey.

How far back does a journey go?

Journeys are built from the events recorded for that visitor, so they go back to the first visit PixelFlow saw, within your data retention.

Can I see journeys for leads, not just purchases?

Yes. Any conversion event, including Lead, CompleteRegistration and Schedule, opens into a journey.

Do journeys include visitors who never converted?

Journeys are shown per conversion. Non-converting sessions still appear in the attribution table under their source.

Does this send anything extra to Meta?

No. Journeys are built from the events PixelFlow already records. Nothing additional is sent to Meta.

Are journeys on every plan?

Yes, on every plan, with no extra charge.
