Event Match Quality boost
More identifiers on every event, so Meta matches more of your conversions
Free trial. No card, no tag manager.
Capture more data. Get better ad results
PixelFlow automatically improves every tracked event by adding the Facebook click ID, the browser ID, the visitor’s IP and user agent, an anonymous external ID and a hashed location from IP. That alone lifts most sites well above what a plain pixel sends.

Click and browser IDs
fbclid is captured on landing and kept for 90 days, so a conversion days later still carries it.
Anonymous external ID
A hashed per-visitor ID on every event lets Meta connect events from the same person.
Hashed customer data
Email, phone and name from forms, URLs or the API are hashed and attached when available.

Auto extract customer data
Tag a form with the Visual Tagger and map its fields, or map thank-you URL parameters, and email, phone and name ride along with the conversion. That is what pushes a score from average to great.
Browser & server side
Because events are sent through the Conversions API from PixelFlow’s servers, the identifiers are not stripped by browser restrictions. Meta receives the full set on both copies of the event.

FAQ
Everything you need to know about Event Match Quality.
What is Event Match Quality?
Meta’s score for how well the identifiers on your events let it match conversions to real accounts. Higher scores mean more attributed conversions and better optimisation.
What score should I expect?
It depends on how much customer data your events carry. Sites sending email and phone on conversions typically score much higher than sites relying on the pixel alone.
Is personal data sent in plain text?
No. Email, phone, name and location fields are hashed before they are sent.
Does PixelFlow send external_id automatically?
Yes, an anonymous hashed visitor ID on every event.
Will this work if the visitor came from Google?
Yes. The browser ID, IP, user agent and any customer data still apply. The click ID is only present for Meta ad clicks.
How do I improve a low score?
Capture email or phone on your conversion, via a tagged form, a URL mapping or the API, and check the event log to confirm it is being sent.
